Use board ejector to remove PCboard A7. Set multimeter to ohms andconnect meter leads to TAS terminalswhich have wires attached. Push TASplunger all the way in, and then pullplunger all the way out. Meter shouldindicate 0 ohms for both switch posi-tions. Depress TAS plunger and thenrelease. Meter should indicate over100,000 ohms.c.If these meter indications are not cor-rect, replace TAS.(1) To remove TAS, remove two screwsthat secure TAS to edge of CUhousing. Loosen screws that securecrimp lugs to switch.(2) To install new TAS, slip crimplugs under screw heads markedCOM and NO on switch, andtighten screws.
