Be careful not to drop Trans-mitter inside CU. Remove DataTransmitter. Loosen screws thatsecure plug P1 to bottom of statusprocessor. Pull plug P1 straightdown to disconnect it. Removescrews that secure status processorto top of CU enclosure and it willdrop straight down.(2) Remove PC boards Al through A12from status processor by placingthumb or finger under board ejectorand lifting until board pops out ofreceptacle.(3) Install PC boards Al through A12in new status processor interconnect-ing wiring subassembly. Ensure thatpins on all PC boards are not bent orotherwise damaged. Turn PC boardsso plastic ejectors are toward top.Align boards with guides at top andbottom of status processor.Slide boards straight in until theycontact receptacles at back of pro-cessor. Then press firmly on boardsuntil they seat completely in recep-tacle.(4) To install new status processor, posi-tion it under standoffs in top of CU.Insert screws and tighten to securestatus processor. Insert plug P1 intoconnector on bottom of status proces-sor and push up. Tighten screws to se-cure plug P1. Position Data Trans-mitter over standoffs in CU and insertscrews. Tighten screws to securetransmitter. Connect wires to TB6and TB7 in CU.m. Turn on switch S1 on power supply. De-press TRANSMITTER RESYNC switchS2. Wait about 5 minutes for system tostabilize.
