Screw end of fuel return line (13) into the top of plug assembly (4) and

Screw end of fuel line (19) into pipe elbow (2) on plug assembly (4) and
tighten.
Using electrical insulation tape, tape fuel return line (13) and fuel line (19)
together. Space tape eight equal spaces starting six inches from each
end.
