3.12 ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL UNIT (ECU).
3.12.1 ECU Work Platform Installation.
This task covers:
a. Installation
b. Removal
INITIAL SETUP
Equipment Conditions:
Personnel: (2)
ECV parking brake set.
ECV hood open.
a. Installation
(1)
Lift work platform (1) up over ECV engine (2) with flat side up.
(2)
Align two slots (3) on work platform (1) with two lifting supports (4) on ECV (2).
(3)
Lower work platform (1) onto ledge under ECV windshield.
b. Removal
(1)
Lift work platform (1) off ECV engine (2).
(2)
Stow work platform (1) in appropriate place.
(3)
Close ECV hood.
