Ifmeter indicates 20 ±1 vdc on wire,replace status processor.(1) To remove status processor, turnoff switch S1 on power supply.Tag and disconnect Data Trans-mitter wires from TB6 and TB7.Remove screws that secureTransmitter to standoffs in CU.Be careful not to drop Trans-mitter inside CU. RemoveData Transmitter. Loosenscrews that secure plug P1 tobottom of status processor.Pull plug P1 straight down todisconnect it. Remove screwsthat secure status processor totop of CU enclosure and itwill drop straight down.(2) To install new status processor,position it under standoffs intop of CU. Insert four screwsand tighten to secure statusprocessor. Insert plug P1 intoconnector on bottom of pro-cessor, and push up. Tightenscrews to secure plug P1.Position Data Transmitter overstandoffs in CU and insertscrews. Tighten screws to se-cure Transmitter. Connectwires to TB6 and TB7 in CU.5-111
