Turn mode switch tocircuitry.SECURE and then TEST/RE-(Cont)SET.i.If meter does not indicate 0 ohms, re-place status processor intercon-necting wiring subassembly.(1) To remove status processor, turnoff switch S1 on power sup-ply. Tag and disconnect DataTransmitter wires from TB6and TB7. Remove screws thatsecure Transmitter to stand-offs in CU. Be careful not todrop Transmitter inside CU.Remove Data Transmitter.Loosen screws that secureplug P1 to bottom of statusprocessor. Pull plug P1straight down to disconnectit. Remove screws that se-cure status processor to topof CU enclosure and it willdrop straight down.(2) Remove PC boards A1 throughA12 from status processor byplacing thumb or finger underboard ejector and lift up untilboard pops out of receptacle.(3) Install PC boards A1 through A12in new status processor inter-connecting wiring subassembly.Ensure that pins on all PCboards are not bent or other-wise damaged. Turn PC boardsso plastic ejectors are towardtop. Align boards with guidesat top and bottom of statusprocessor. Slide boardsstraight in until they contactreceptacles at back of pro-cessor. Then press firmly onboards until they seat com-pletely in receptacle.5-106
