Line up the pulleys.

Adjust belt tension.
(a) Turn tensioner screw clockwise (right) until belts are properly taut.
NOTE
When a pressure of 5 to 8 lbs (2.27 to 3.63 kg) is applied to a point midway between pulleys they
should only move 5/16 of an inch (7.94 mm). Loosen or tighten the tension as necessary.
(b) Tighten compressor mounting screws.
(c) Install the belt guard.
