inner plastic drum and a minimum thickness of 1.08 mm (0.043 inches) for the outer steel drum.
A12.12.2.4.1. Cushion the inner drum within the outer drum with a shock-mitigating, nonreactive material. There
must be a minimum of 5.0 cm (2 inches) of cushioning material between the outer surface (side) of the inner drum
and the inner surface (side) of the outer drum, and at least 7.6 cm (3 inches) of cushioning material between the
outer surface (top and bottom) of the inner drum and the inner surface (top and bottom) of the outer drum.
