Position flowrate meter so scale can be read from bottom to top.

Installation.
(1) Install flowrate meter (8) on bracket (9) and secure with screws (5), washers (7)
and nuts (6).
(2) Install protective cover (4).
(3) Install elbow (2).
(4) Install adapter (3).
(5) Connect nonmetallic tubing assemblies (1).
(6) Perform Functional Test No. 9 (table 3-2).
