DISASSEMBLY
Outlet Hose Assembly/
Pipe nipple (1)
Remove pipe nipple (1) and retain. Remove two hose clamps (2) by driving
Hose clamps (2)
a flat bladed tool between buckles and bands or by cutting off hose (3)
Hose (3)
directly behind the end of last hose clamp (2).
Gasket (4)
Remove gasket (4). Grasp hose (3) and pull
Nut (5)
out nut (5). Separate stem (6) from nut (5).
Stem (6)
Keep serviceable items.
Outlet Hose Assembly/
Replace authorized unserviceable parts. Replace outlet hose if it leaks or
is brittle.
Hose clamps (1)
Remove and replace the hose clamps (1) if they are loose or damaged.
Nut (2)
Replace the nut (2) if it is out-of-round, cracked, or has damaged threads.
Stem (3)
Replace the stem (3) if it is cracked or broken, and replace the gasket (4) if

it is damaged.
