move relay A8K2. Apply 24Vdc across pins

X1 & X2.
Test for continuity between pin A1 & A2
Disconnect Neutral Safety
and B1 & B2.
Switch wires 14 of cable
assembly 1A1W1.
Test for voltage on wires
14 to ground.
Yes
Check for continuity
in vehicle control
Does continuity

Replace Neutral Safety

Repair as required

Replace relay
Turn ECV off.

Disconnect cable assembly 1A1W1 at
power stud and ground 7A.
Test for continuity between pin E to
(power stud) and pin F to ground 7A.
Repair cable as required.
