Remove screws, lockwashers, and washers and disconnect con-nector J1 from P1. Remove electronicsassembly mounting screws from rear ofof inner enclosure. Remove electronicsassembly.(2) To install new electronics assembly, posi-tion electronics assembly on inner enclo-sure. Install mounting screws throughrear of inner enclosure. Connect J1 to P1and install screws, lock washers, andwashers. Slide inner enclosure into outerenclosure. Route wires through closure.Connect wires that run from terminalboards to conduits. Align notch on P2 toJ2. Connect P2 to J2. Lock metal tabstogether and tighten collar on connector P2.d.Broken wires,a.Set multimeter to ac volts. Connect leads to P1-9loose con-(+) and P1-23(-).nections,or bentb.If meter indicates 12 +2 vac, inspect wiring frompins.P1 to TB3 and T2 for broken wires, loose con-nections, or bent pins.c.Connect leads to TB3-6 and TB3-7.
