LOW VOLUME BOOM SYSTEM DOES NOT SPRAY.
Step 1.
Check that EMPTY bucket indicator light is on.
If light is on, do not operate. Turn system OFF.
Refill bucket.
Step 2.
Check primary manifold pressure for correct adjustment.
Adjust pressure (para 2-10).
Step 3.
Check for clogged crosstube strainer or damaged spray nozzles.
Refer to unit maintenance.
ULV SYSTEM
9.
ULTRA-LOW VOLUME BOOM SYSTEM DOES NOT SPRAY.
Step 1.
Check that EMPTY bucket indicator light is on.
If light is on, do not operate. Turn system OFF.
Refill bucket.
Step 2.
Check primary manifold pressure for correct adjustment.
Adjust pressure (para 2-10).
Step 3. Check for clogged or damaged rotary atomizer.
Refer to unit maintenance.
SD SYSTEM
10. SD SYSTEM SLINGER DOES NOT SPIN.
Step 1.
Check hoppers/chutes for correct adjustment.
Adjust hopper/chute alignment (para 2-9).
Step 2.
Check primary manifold pressure for correct adjustment.
