This attachment contains information concerning the packaging and generalhandling instructions for Class 8 (corrosive materials).A12.2. General Handling Instructions for Corrosive Materials.-Store corrosive materials in a cool, well ventilated area away from sources of heat and oxidizing agents.-Both the vapor and the liquid are corrosive and irritating and cause burns to the body and damage to theaircraft.-Properly placard the storage area.-Ensure protective masks or respirators, rubber gloves, goggles, and other protective clothing as required arereadily available.A12.3.
