ULV BOOM ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (CONT)

INSTALLATION
(1)
Remove any SD system or LV system components from bucket assembly.
(2)
Attach ULV boom (1) to ULV attachment points on bucket assembly using two quick-release pins (2 and 3).
(3)
Attach Kamlock hose ends (4 and 5) over crosstube to center boom (6). Secure by closing Kamloc ears

(4)
Install clamps (8) over Kamlock ears and tighten.
(5)
Attach hydraulic quick-disconnect fitting (9) to hydraulic pump.
(6)
Attach hydraulic quick-disconnect fitting (10) to hydraulic filter elbow fitting.
(7)
Make sure crosstube ball valve (11) is completely closed and gate valve (12) is open.
