Adjust the engine speed to the correct rpm.
(a)
Loosen the bushing nut slightly.
(b)
Move the throttle bracket to the left (counterclockwise)
to increase the engine speed
and to the right (clockwise) to decrease the engine speed.
CAUTION
DO NOT force the bushing nut tight. This could cause binding or stripped threads.
(c)
When the engine speed is adjusted to the correct rpm, tighten the bushing nut and lock
the throttle bracket in place.

NOTE
Change the oil while it is warm. It will drain better when it is warm.
WARNING
BE ALERT not to touch the engine or crankcase while the engine is hot. It can cause burns.
