Step 3. Adjust the carburetor main fuel needle valve.
CAUTION
DO NOT use force when adjusting the needle valve.

Turn the main fuel needle valve all the way in to gently touch the bottom.
b.
Turn the main fuel needle valve to the left (counterclockwise) two full turns.
c.
Go to Step 4.

Check the breaker points.
