4. FUEL PUMP AND IGNITION DRIVE MOTOR WILL NOT START
WITH HEATER CONTROL SWITCH IN HEATER ON POSITION.
Step 1. Check wire No. 3 for continuity using the follow-
ing procedures:
a. Remove thermal delay relay tube TD1 from its
socket.
b. Use a multimeter to check continuity between
TD1 socket, hole 2, and switch S4-3.
Replace wire No. 3 from S4, terminal 3, to
terminal delay relay tube TD1 socket, hole 2,
if anything other than continuity is mea-
sured.
Reinstall thermal delay relay tube TD1.
