Record all defects found during the performance of PMCS and the steps taken to correct them on aDA Form 2404, Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet, or in accordance with local SOP. Instructions forreporting/correcting noted deficiencies are contained in DA Pam 738-750.a.General. Table 2-1 (PMCS Table) has been provided so you can maintain your equipment in good operatingcondition and keep it ready for its primary mission.b.WarningsandCautions. Always observe the WARNINGs and CAUTIONs appearing in your PMCS table.WARNINGs and CAUTIONs appear before applicable procedures.
