Disconnect wiresfrom battery. As battery isheavy, lift and turn it to removefrom bottom of CU enclosure.Tag and disconnect wires fromTB2 and TB4. Remove screwsthat secure cover, and removecover. Tag and disconnectwires from TB1. Carefully re-move screws that secure powersupply to side of CU enclosure.Be careful not to drop it insideCU. Note cable clamp underscrew near TB4 (bottom front).Support power supply and turnit so wires can be tagged anddisconnected from TB3 on bot-tom of power supply.(2) To install new power supply, re-move cover, and turn unit soTB3 is accessible. Supportpower supply, and connectwires to TB3. Turn power sup-ply upright and position it overstandoffs on side of CU enclose-ure. Note that cable clamp goesunder screw on bottom front ofpower supply. Insert screwsand tighten to secure power sup-ply. Connect wires to TB1. Re-place cover and secure withscrews. Connect wires to TB2and TB4. Position battery out-side CU enclosure. Carefullyinsert battery end first; turnand lower it into bottom of CUenclosure. Connect wires tobattery terminals. Switch onmain circuit breaker.5-115
