Tagwires and use a soldering iron of50 watts maximum to remove themfrom switch terminals.(2) To install new mode switch, use a sold-ering iron of 50 watts maximum toconnect wires to switch terminals.Slip mounting bracket and switchstop over switch shaft. Ensure thatnotch in mounting bracket fits overtab on switch body, and that thetang on switch stop engages notchin mounting bracket. Secure brac-ket and stop to switch with lockwasher and small hex nut. Insertlock through hole in CU door; slipspacer over lock. Slip switch armover switch shaft. Ensure that armis aligned with tang on switch stop.Place large hex nut inside switchmounting bracket; slip bracket overlock. Engage switch shaft in lock.Tighten nut to secure switch.(3) Turn on switch S1 on power supply.Depress TRANSMITTER RESYNCswitch S2. Wait about 5 minutesfor system to stabilize. Turn modeswitch to TEST/RESET and thento SECURE.q.If meter indicates 20 ± 1 vdc at S3, terminal2-1, replace PC board A10.(1) To remove PC board A10, turn offswitch S1 on top of power supply.Place thumb or finger under boardejector and lift up until board popsout of receptacle at back of statusprocessor.
