Replace authorized unserviceable parts.

Woodruff key (1)
Install woodruff key (1) in key slot in pump shaft.
Make sure that the woodruff key supplied with the
Hub (2)
centrifugal pump is installed in the keyway before
Setscrew (3)
Aline the slot in hub (2) with woodruff key (1). Slide hub (2) on until it is
attaching grooved pulley assembly (7).
Screw (4)
flush with the end of the pump shaft.
Grooved pulley (5)
Hub (2), setscrew (3), screw (4), grooved pulley (5),
Lock washer (6)
Tighten setscrew (3). Remove three screws (4) from grooved pulley (5).
and lock washer (6) are component parts of grooved

pulley assembly (7).
Insert three screws (4) through three lock washers (6) in the alternate
assembly (7)
holes in grooved pulley (5). Position the grooved pulley (5) onto the hub,
aline the holes, and install three screws (4) and lock washers (6). Install
three screws (4) into the holes of hub (2). Torque three screws (4) 95 to
100 inch-pounds.
