Then press firmly onboard until it seats completely inreceptacle.(3) Turn on switch S1 on power supply.Depress TRANSMITTER RESYNCswitch S2. Wait about 5 minutesfor system to stabilize. Turn modeswitch to TEST/RESET and thento SECURE.r.Set multimeter to dc volts and connect posi-tive lead to A10, TP1 (brown) and neg-ative lead to chassis. Turn mode switchto SECURE. Ensure that no intrusionor tamper alarms are activated. Atpower supply, remove fuse F2. Metershould indicate 1 vdc or less. ReinstallF2. Meter should indicate 18.5 to 21vdc.s.If these indications are not correct, replacePC board A7.(1) To remove PC board A7, turn offswitch S1 on top of power supply.Place thumb or finger under boardejector and lift up until board popsout of receptacle at back of statusprocessor. Then grasp PC boardand pull straight out.(2) To install new PC board A7, turn boardso plastic ejector is toward top.Align board with guides at top andbottom of status processor. Slideboard straight in until it contactsreceptacle at back of processor.Then press firmly on board until itseats completely in receptacle.5-63
